MEDICAL IMAGE PROCESSING AND DEEP LEARNING

DESKi, “learn” in Breton, is a young and innovative company, combining a strong expertise in both medical imaging and artificial intelligence.
DESKi is involved in various projects both lead internally or throughout partnerships with the objective of bringing cutting-edge innovations improving patient care and supporting clinicians and health care systems.
Mission:
DESKi recently start a partnership with a New York-based Hospital with the goal of re-inventing Spine surgery with ultrasound. As a member of DESKi's Team, you will contribute in designing, implementing, maintaining, and deploying models to turn this idea into a product. Join us to:

Design ML pipelines from raw data to clinically validated results

Organize data collection and insure data quality

Review most recent publications to improve our stack

Work close to with health practitioner
Background:
-
Education: MSc, PhD. in Computer Science or related field
-
Experience: 2y+ experience in computer vison
Required skills:
-
Strong experience in Python and Deep learning frameworks (ideally tensorflow/Keras)

Robust theoretical and a background in ML/AI for computer vision

Experience with 3D imaging and Registration technics

Proficiency in english
Desired skills:

Experience with git / agile development

Experience with remote servers / console / GPU

MLOps

Experience in Ultrasound imaging, notably 3D ultrasound
