Context:
DESKi, “learn” in Breton, is a young and innovative company, combining a strong expertise in both medical imaging and artificial intelligence. DESKi works hand in hand with medical practitioners and researchers to develop automated, accurate, and data-driven medical image analysis tools for an enhanced patient care.
Mission:
The objective is to build a web application for medical images visualisation. It's meant to be a central platform for DESKi's research and development on deep learning models, embedding many visual tools.
It would encompass services in our R&D pipeline such as:

Image annotation: from image characterisation to complex segmentation in 3D

Deep learning model debugging and validation: models' performances dashboard and prediction visuals

Pre-production model test environment : beta application for model validation with physicians at the hospital
Technical Stack:

Back-end using Flask framework (Python)

Modern front-end tooling
-
JS/HTML5 web viewer (Cornerstone)

SQL databases and DICOM server for data manipulation

Docker for portability and deployment
Requirements:

Studies in web development / computer science

Knowledge in Python, C++ is a plus

Good skills in JS, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
